Features

• Add the "payment method" information in the "received payments" chart
• Allow to filter charts by therapists (only for the office module)
• Add summary tables with computed totals below some charts in the statistics page
• Add a filter to display future consultations and invoices in the related lists

• Increase the default application window size
• Display the special prestations in favorites list
• Some minor UI improvements

• Fix a bug which prevent grouping consultations into one single invoice when office module is actived
