Découvrez comment organiser vos documents de consultation avec OptaMed

Chaque jour, vous générez certainement de nombreux documents relatifs à votre activité : des rapports médicaux, des fichiers reçus d'un patient ou simplement des photos prises durant une consultation.

Il n’est souvent pas simple de s’y retrouver et il vous est surement déjà arrivé de vous demander comment faire pour classer vos documents de manière optimale.

Vous êtes nombreux à nous avoir contactés à ce sujet et nous avons donc décidé de nous pencher sur la question…

Après plusieurs mois de réflexion et de développement, nous avons obtenu une solution qui nous semblait optimale.

Notre objectif était de proposer une solution intuitive qui vous permette simplement d'associer des fichiers à une consultation ou à un patient. Vos fichiers sont donc disponibles directement dans OptaMed, depuis la page où vous en avez besoin. Le suivi de vos patients en est ainsi simplifié et tous vos documents restent à portée de main.

Grâce à notre gestionnaire, vous pouvez organiser simplement la plupart des fichiers que vous utilisez :

  • Documents Excel, Word
  • Fichiers PDF
  • Images JPG, PNG, …
  • Enregistrements audio
  • Fichiers vidéo
  • Etc.

En cas de besoin, il est également possible d'accéder à tous vos fichiers sans passer par notre logiciel. Vous gardez ainsi un contrôle total sur vos fichiers.

Pour profiter de cette fonctionnalité, la version PRO (290 CHF par année) est nécessaire. Cette version vous permettra d'aller plus loin dans la gestion de votre cabinet et vous offrira également beaucoup d'autres avantages.
