Les bulletins de versements (rose et orange) actuels vont prochainement disparaitre pour laisser leur place à un nouveau et unique bulletin de versement QR (aussi appelé QR-Facture). Dès le 1er octobre 2022, ces "anciens" bulletins ne seront plus valables et ne pourront plus être utilisés pour effectuer des paiements.

Dans la suite de cet article, nous allons découvrir le nouveau bulletin de versement QR plus en détail et analyser l'impact que ce changement impliquera pour les thérapeutes.

Jusqu'à maintenant, le système de paiement suisse proposait différents types de bulletins de versement (BV, BVR, BVRB, etc.). Cependant, ces bulletins deviennent de mois en moins appropriés aux usages actuels :

• Il n'est pas possible de les imprimer simplement (du papier spécial est nécessaire) et la norme à respecter pour qu'ils soient acceptés par les banques est très stricte (marges, position du texte, etc.).
• Il est difficile de les utiliser pour effectuer un paiement en ligne. Pour un traitement rapide, il est nécessaire d'utiliser un appareil spécialement conçu pour scanner les bulletins de versements. Sans cela, un traitement manuel (qui est source d'erreur et prends du temps) est indispensable : il faut recopier les coordonnées, le numéro de référence, etc.
• Le fait qu'il existe plusieurs types de bulletins différents est souvent source de confusion et complexifie inutilement le système de paiement.

C'est donc pour ces différentes raisons qu'un nouveau bulletin de versement QR unique (aussi appelé QR-Facture) a été créé. Concrètement, ce nouveau bulletin reprend toutes les informations qui étaient disponibles sur les anciens bulletins et en ajoute de nouvelles.

L'élément le plus visible étant l'ajout d'un QR-Code en son centre. Ce code QR contient toutes les informations utiles pour le paiement et peut être scanner par n'importe quel smartphone ou webcam, ce qui permet ainsi d'effectuer un paiement en ligne rapidement et sans erreurs.

Il reste également toujours possible de payer au guichet ou d'utiliser les informations disponibles sur le bulletin de versement pour effectuer le paiement manuellement.

Différences entre la QR-Facture et le justificatif du Tarif 590

Il ne faut pas confondre le justificatif du Tarif 590 (qui contient également un code QR) avec la nouvelle QR-Facture : ces deux documents sont complètement indépendants l'un de l'autre !

Le justificatif du Tarif 590 est le document qui doit être transmis aux assurances pour demander le remboursement des traitements de médecine complémentaire. Il contient également un QR-Code, mais celui-ci est uniquement destiné aux assurances à des fins de validation. Il n'est pas possible de le décoder ni de l'utiliser pour effectuer un paiement. C'est ce document qui est généré par OptaMed.

La QR-Facture quant à elle n'est pas utile aux assurances ni limitée à la médecine complémentaire. Il s'agit simplement d'une facture qui contient un bulletin de versement. Ce document permet de transmettre les informations de paiement d'une manière professionnelle tout en simplifiant son traitement par le patient. Il est possible de générer ce document avec la version PRO d'OptaMed.

En tant que thérapeutes, ces modifications ne vous concernent donc que si vous transmettez (ou souhaitez transmettre) des bulletins de versements à vos patients. Dans ce cas, il est nécessaire de passer rapidement au nouveau système afin que vos patients puissent continuer de payer vos factures sans accrocs.

La version PRO d'OptaMed offre la possibilité de générer automatiquement une QR-Facture pour accompagner le justificatif de remboursement du Tarif 590 ! Le thérapeute est ainsi en mesure de transmettre une facture transparente et professionnelle à ses patients : résumé des consultations facturées, montant à payer, coordonnées bancaires, etc.
