How it works
The Office module allows you to manage billing for multiple therapists from a single workstation. It is ideal for practices that want to centralize their management, for example, on the secretary's computer.
Since OptaMed is locally installed software, data cannot be automatically synchronized between different devices. However, thanks to the Office module, you can manage multiple therapists from a single instance of the software.
Each therapist can also use their own device, but in this case the data remains completely independent.

The Office module offers various features that simplify the management of multiple therapists:
- Selection of the therapist when creating a consultation
- Filtering consultations and invoices by therapist
- Detailed statistics per therapist
- Data export per therapist
Price
This module is optional and costs 100 CHF per year per additional therapist (excluding VAT).
For example, for a practice with 3 therapists, the annual cost of the module will be 200 CHF (2 additional therapists at 100 CHF each).
